Refund Policy - The Basics

If you are dissatisfied with your repair or alterations within 14 days after receiving your items back from our seamstresses, we will offer to try again or refund you the price of the service. This does not include shipping costs.

The 14 days are determined from the point where the parcel is shown as delivered back to you by the postage company.
